Return Policy




         

 

 

15-Day DOA/Defective Policy:

 

If a product is defective within the first 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, Canadagsm.ca will repair or replace the product provided that the product is in brand new condition (sell able as brand new) and contains all instruction books, cords, accessories, and any other items that were originally included with the product. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the repairing or replacing your product.

If the product is not in brand new condition but is in acceptable return condition, Canadagsm.ca will repair the product or charge a 20% restocking fee and replace the product provided that it contains all instruction books, cords, accessories, and any other items that were originally included with the product. Canadagsm.ca will not replace any product that is not in acceptable return condition and is not accompanied by the original receipt. No phones will be repaired or replaced by Canadagsm.ca after 15 calendar days from date of receipt.

 

If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, we will cover shipping charges.

Brand new condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and the phone talk time of the phone is under ten hours.

 

*Canadagsm.ca reserves the right to classify the condition of any product.

 

 

Manufacturer Warranty:

 

All brand new handsets and OEM accessories come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified. If phone is unlocked or software is customized it might voids manufacturer’s warranty, so please consult manufactures policy before purchasing. All warranty claims placed 15 calendar days after the receipt date shall be directed to the product manufacturer and shall be subject to manufacturer’s warranties and return policies, if any. This is a warranty offered by the manufacturer only, not Canadagsm.ca, and maybe be restricted by geographical constraints. In this case, the manufacturer will determine in which country the item must be sent to for servicing. Please note that the servicing country can be other than United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.

 

Canadagsm.ca is not responsible for any service issues 15 calendar days after the receipt date.
